Nursery

Our mission is to provide a full-service facility and program for ministry to parents and children ages 0 - 2 during the times of public assembly. It is our desire to serve both members of and visitors to our congregation by providing quality child care in a loving and competent manner in a safe and pleasant setting.

THREE NURSERIES PROVIDED

  • Nursing Mothers

This room is for nursing mothers of very young children only. This is the room accessed through the doors at the center rear of the auditorium. It is the room on the left.

  • Training Room for Parents and Visitors

This nursery is for parents who want to listen in the worship assembly, but wish to keep their children with them, and who otherwise might be making too much noise for the assembly.

  • Attended Nursery

This nursery is designated for children ages 0 through 2 years of age only. It will be attended by competent volunteers each Sunday morning during the assembly. Parents are urged to leave their children with the attendant prior to the commencement of the morning assembly in order to minimize disruption of the nursery.

REGISTRATION: Registration on the first day is important since this will provide any special instructions the attendants may need to provide the best possibly care for your child.

WHAT TO BRING: A marked diaper bag with all items your child might need.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: We ask that you do not bring food or drinks for your child. A variety of soft, safe, sanitized toys are available and it is not necessary to bring your child's own play things.

PICK UP: Please notify the attendant if someone other than yourself will or may pick up your child. Otherwise, a child will not be released to anyone other than their parent.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: Other arrangements should be made for the care of your child if there is a possibility that they have an illness which may be contagious. This includes but is not limited to a cold, flu, chicken pox.

Children should be free of the following symptoms at least 24 hours before they are left in the nursery: fever, diarrhea, sore throat, rashes or vomiting.
